(Creative Arts At Kene) encourages campers to explore new ways to express themselves through their interest in the arts. Campers select their own classes from a long list ranging from creative writing to costuming. The last week of camp is a celebration of the visual and performing arts. Campers will display their visual art creations in an art exhibit. Performances will be presented at the Colonial Theatre and the MoCo Blackbox Theatre. 27th Summer Leadership Program07/18/2010 - 6:35pm 07/23/2010 - 6:35pm Etc/GMT-4 Description: Location: Lion's Camp Pride in New Durham We bring high school students together from across the state for a week of experiential activities designed to help them explore their values, relationships and coping strategies, and connect with their own inner strength while connecting with other young people. Throughout the week, we also offer mini-workshops which are designed to provide current and accurate information on specific topics relevant to teens such as stress and time management, alcohol and drug misuse, dating violence, reproductive health, suicide prevention and so forth.
